ALL PRODUCTION ELEMENTS USED FOR MOLDING AND CASTING ON THE PRODUCTION LINE TO PRODUCE CASTING PARTS ARE CALLED CASTING SETS. IT CONSISTS OF MAIN LINES AND HEADINGS SET FORTH BELOW.

1-MODEL

It is the outer mold of the cast part. (can be wood, aluminum, casting)

2- CORE CRATE

 Inner mold of the casting (can be wood, aluminum, casting)

3-SAND COLD PLACING APPARATUS

It ensures that the cores are placed in the sand mold in a healthy and rapid manner during mass production.

4-CORE PLACING MASKS

It ensures that the cores are placed in the sand mold in a healthy and rapid manner in vertical lines.

5-CASTING DEGREES

The sand surrounds the sand required for the formation of the mold.

6- SAND AND CORE PRESSES

Sand presses press the sand to create a sand mold.

Core presses inject sand into the core box to obtain the required cores.

7-MELTING POTS

It is used to obtain the necessary molten metal.

8-OTHER MATERIALS USED IN THE CASTING LINE

Travers, shakers, cleaning and conveying systems, strainers, sand preparation, resins, grinding machines etc.
