CAD-CAM 3D Design
Mold designs start with the customer data coming to the CAD-CAM department. First of all, the suitability of the data for mold making is checked and the customer is informed about this. Then, the mold is modeled using the 3D modeling program in the computer environment. Design reviews are made many times during mold design. After customer approval, the mold design is transferred to the CAM department. CAM design program is made by using CAM programs with the designers in the CAM department.
After the mold design is completed;
The mold production file containing the 2-dimensional pictures is created and all CAM station programs are determined and transferred to the production manager.
